Our return policy
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any returns once the box has been opened. If the package is still closed and you want to return your product, please contact us.
If the product is faulty, please send us a video of the issue to our WhatsApp or email. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you have up to 6 months from the date of purchase to report a defect. Once we have verified the fault, you may choose between a replacement product or a voucher.
